Mahayograj guggul: It is an Ayurvedic Herb specifically use for all Joint related problems. Very good muscle relaxant. It reduces pain and inflammation. Maha yograj guggulu is also useful in sprain,lumbago, spodylosis, and other allied conditions.

Pluchea Lanceolata (Rasna): This is a wonderful natural remedy to pacify Vata (the motor and sensory regulator). This natural cure takes care of the nervous-system, particularly the nerves.

Vitex Negundo(Nirgundi): This herb is highly recommended for treating osteoarthritis. The herb helps in arresting or slowing down bone density. The anti-osteoporotic compounds in the herb help in stimulating the formation of bone-cells. Various studies have established the analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties of this herb. Intake of the herb increases the antioxidant activities, which protects the tissues of the joint from oxidative stress

Cucuma Longa (Turmeric / Haldi): Turmeric has the ability to reduce inflammation. It is presumed that because of the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric, it may help relieve symptoms of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other inflammatory conditions such as bursitis.

Boswellia Serrata (Salai Guggul / Shallaki): gum resin extract is effective in reducing joint swelling, pain, stiffness and other symptoms of inflammatory joint disorders including rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. The herb improves the blood supply to the joints and restores the integrity of blood vessels destroyed by spasms. The degradation of glycosaminoglycans, which leads to articular damage and cartilage breakdown, is a common condition in patients on non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Boswellia significantly reduces the degradation of glycosaminoglycans and protects the joints.

Recommended Dosage

If you are suffering from joint pain & inflammation, the recommended dosage is 2 Arocid Capsules every day, two times a day or consult your physician to prescribe the dosage that best suits the condition. Use for a minimum of 4 - 6 weeks to see beneficial effects.
